Everything about working with Elie and Counter Measures was an exceptional experience. Elie is the most responsive contractor we've ever worked with -- replying quickly to all texts, emails and calls. He proactively communicated his process and was extremely flexible with our requests and schedules. The final product exceeded our expectations. He is a perfectionist and is shows in every detail of our new kitchen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with him!!

Elie partnered with our designer - @davidjdesigns - to completely transform the kitchen and main bathroom of our Victorian home. Not only did Elie create a beautiful custom bar and island in our kitchen, he also re-faced our existing cabinets making them look like new (and MUCH improved). As a true perfectionist, no detail was left unfinished and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Counter Measures to anyone looking to remodel or create a new space from plan.

I can't believe how great my kitchen looks! From the design to fabrication and installation, Elie worked with us diligently and exceed our expectations. Counter Measures also did our vanities, pantry, laundry room and other cabinetry. Elie delivered on time, was meticulous and respected our budget. Would highly recommend!

From our initial meeting with Eli of Counter Measures, there were signs we had found someone who would work well with our plans. Eli took the time to meet the family (all 5 of us) and to explain in detail what the process would involve. He listened to us, to our ideas and our concerns and answered every question with the confidence that reflected his experience . As the work progressed he handled every problem that happened to come up with inventive and satisfying solutions. It became very clear to us that Eli is incredibly passionate about what he does and this is evident in every detail of his Company's work. At every stage he was always sure to confirm that the work that was being done met with our satisfaction. While a kitchen renovation is always a difficult project, the current Covid crisis make this even more of a complicated process. Eli and his team made sure that at every step, every precaution was taken to make sure that our family was safe and that any possibility of contamination was eliminated; they sanitized, wore masks at all times and maintained a safe distance. Everyone on the team was efficient and polite and turned something that could have been very stressful, into quite a gratifying experience. They were punctual and consistently in good spirits. Eli and Counter Measures brought our dream kitchen from the drawing board into reality and we really can’t thank them enough for their work, dedication and the resulting experience!

My husband and I spent years trying to decide how best to renovate our kitchen. We looked at everything and spoke to many people. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have met Elie at Counter Measures. Elie responded promptly to our email request for a quote, listened to what we wanted to accomplish, presented a well thought out design, kept us informed of the process in terms of timelines and budget and was responsive whenever we needed to get in touch or have a question answered. The preparation and installation went seamlessly and any hurdles we faced were cleared with intelligent problem solving skills. The custom cabinets and crown molding are simply gorgeous. The workspace was kept clean and we always felt that we were in good hands. The project was finished quickly and we are now enjoying our dream kitchen.

I had an old, ugly kitchen. It was small and inconvenient. Elie designed my dream kitchen. He designed the space in a way to meet my needs. I now have lots of storage and counter space and the lay out is confortable. I love my new kitchen, the colour, the counter and perfect hight. I cannot thank him enough for the great job he did and all within my budget.

Our dream kitchen was made possible by Elie and Counter Measures. We did not know our kitchen could have so much counter space and storage! He took the time to explain different options to us and made sure we were comfortable before moving ahead with the plans. He did an incredible job, especially with having an older home with uneven floors and walls- everything is perfectly straight and it looks incredible. He took the extra time to finish every single detail and made sure everything was perfect. Counter Measures also designed custom built-ins around our fireplace to maximize storage options in a small space.

He was always on time, friendly and is passionate about delivering a top quality kitchen and cabinets that will last for a busy family. The best part is he was able to deliver and start installing the cabinets a little ahead of schedule. Elie was very attentive and would reply to our questions very quickly- we were never unsure of the timeline of the project. We absolutely recommend Counter Measures!

Elie was fantastic to work with. Very professional, site was always cleaned, arrived when they said they would be there. They accommodated my travel schedule very well and did an amazing job on my kitchen. Would highly recommend.
