From our initial meeting with Eli of Counter Measures, there were signs we had found someone who would work well with our plans. Eli took the time to meet the family (all 5 of us) and to explain in detail what the process would involve. He listened to us, to our ideas and our concerns and answered every question with the confidence that reflected his experience . As the work progressed he handled every problem that happened to come up with inventive and satisfying solutions. It became very clear to us that Eli is incredibly passionate about what he does and this is evident in every detail of his Company's work. At every stage he was always sure to confirm that the work that was being done met with our satisfaction. While a kitchen renovation is always a difficult project, the current Covid crisis make this even more of a complicated process. Eli and his team made sure that at every step, every precaution was taken to make sure that our family was safe and that any possibility of contamination was eliminated; they sanitized, wore masks at all times and maintained a safe distance. Everyone on the team was efficient and polite and turned something that could have been very stressful, into quite a gratifying experience. They were punctual and consistently in good spirits. Eli and Counter Measures brought our dream kitchen from the drawing board into reality and we really can’t thank them enough for their work, dedication and the resulting experience!
