I can't believe you would write that review after everything we did for you. Especially since it's misleading and untrue.
The only truth to it is I told you we don't warranty defects in wood that show up a year and a half later. Yet I still went and replaced all the non warrantied wood at no cost. Now your complaining it's a slightly different shade then the wood that's been weathering for a year and a half. All this when you said you were about to stain it anyway.
Your only valid complaint is it took me over a week to drop off a written receipt. We usually only do electronic receipts now and didn't realize there was any urgency.
When we originally finished the deck you and your wife went over it with a fine tooth comb. You said it was great and offered to give a glowing review.
Now after I replaced every board you felt didn't dry properly (for free) you give me a 2. Makes absolutely no sense
