Bin Solutions

Needed a water tight storage bin for life jackets, water toys/equipment at my camp in Northern Ontario. Had to be able to withstand being outdoors all year, including winter in minus 40 degrees Celsius cold and not cave in under up to one metre of densely packed snow and ice. Also had to be rodent, squirrel and snake resistant. Binsolutions has met all my expectations and more. The storage bin still looks like new after 5 years. Not a drop of water, nor trace of a rodent. Solid as when new! I had a snap-together plastic one before binsolutions. The plastic cracked after the first winter and rodents feasted on the plastic. Binsolutions makes an awesome product. I bought a second one to house my hot tub pump and filtration system. Highly recommend binsolutions.

Have owned two for over 6 years. Excellent product. Water tight roof. Cedar still looks like new. No raccoons, mice or rats since we bought them. Service has been first rate. I have recommended binsolutions to several friends/family members. All have thanked me for the idea.

We are extremely happy with our medium bin. It's a little bigger (taller) than I expected, which is a good thing. We were able to mount our existing recycling bins one above the other. Photo attached. There's more room between the recycle bins that you'd think. Access to both bins is easy. The bin itself is beautiful - it's simple, honest construction. It looks great, and it smells great (which is an odd thing to say about a garbage bin, but it's true). Service was awesome; extremely personal, courteous, accommodating, and thorough. I don’t know how else to convey my total satisfaction with this purchase - if you need a bin for your bins, go with Bin Solutions.

Kal was here today, I am so much happier with the new location of the garbage bin. It was moved a mere few feet, but those few feet make such a difference.

Our experience with Zion at Binsolutions and his carpenter Trevor and the rest of his staff was fantastic. They redesigned and built a new front porch and stairs along with a bin to store the unsightly garbage and recycling bins. Our new front porch became our new "room" for the summer and fall, this is where we have spent many evenings and weekends relaxing and entertaining over the last few months. The entire job was completed in a timely manner and they were quick to return to make some small adjustments at our requests. We would highly recommend their quality service and workmanship!

I can't say enough good things about Zion and his crews. This was the fourth job we had hired them for, and the final product still exceeded our expectations. Nicole, Trevor, and Zion were very accommodating when changes had to made mid-way through. Our fence was challenging since it borders the parking alley and had to built between a stone planter and two hydro poles in one area. The fence looks incredible and the cleanup was outstanding (Nicole even saved our river rocks and placed them back and weeded the patio stones!). The crew was very professional and very approachable, arrived on time, and finished the job quickly. I can't imagine ever hiring another company for any deck, fence, or stair projects.

With so many horror stories of less than ethical contractors out there, Zion and his team were a welcome contrast. Nicole and Trevor exceeded my expectations in every way! Besides just being nice, friendly people, they were professional, courteous, and efficient and their carpentry skills are first rate. Zion was very easy to deal with and worked with me to achieve the outdoor living space I envisioned. The job was completed in a timely manner and within my budget. I would highly recommend this company for any cedar project!

From the moment we met Zion we knew he was the person to do the job. I had met with a few others, but none had paid attention to detail like Zion did. He took the time to address every concern. The workmanship is detailed, top notch, on time, professional and clean. Unprompted, he even came by 8 months later to see how everything fared during the tough winter. We are planning to do the front porch and another fence with him this year; we wouldn't consider anyone else for the job. Our neighbours are hiring Zion for their new deck this year as well, seeing how ours turned out.

I was really pleased with Zion and his team. We met to discuss design and size of the new deck and Zion made excellent recommendations, given the constraints in my back garden.
My house is in the city of Toronto, I don't have a driveway and it's a flight of steps up from the road to the house and the only access to the back yard is via the alleyway between the houses. I had problems getting quotes from some companies because of this, but that was not a issue for Zion.
His communication and customer management skills are fantastic, and he does what he says he will do. There was transparency throughout the whole process, including when the person he had originally planned to build my deck broke their hand. He let me know that there was a problem, but that he would have plan by the end of the week and would let me know - and he did. Trevor and Nicole did a great job. The new deck is stylish (design and size recommended by Zion) and it is built to last. I am now thinking about rebuilding my front porch and will definitely give Zion a call about it.

Zion of Bin Solutions provided us with an excellent description of all that building our deck would entail, a date when it would begin, length of work. Nicole and Trevor did a beautiful job of the carpentry, on time and left everything spotless. We were exceedingly pleased with the result.
