With a large extended family and pool season in full swing, it is a national emergency when our washing machine doesn't work. We called Service Servotech, technician was here the following morning, the problem was identified, a part ordered and FLOWN in and the very next morning at 10:15 am the technician was at our home installing the part. In 15 minutes our machine was as good as new. THANK YOU!!!

I called Dany because I needed a repair on my dryer. He walked me through the problem on the phone/skype and solved it, without charging. I would call that incredible service! He went above and beyond my expectations and I would defiently refer him to others.

We called Dany when our Whirlpool dishwasher was not working. He walked us through the problem on the phone and solved it, without charging us. I would call that incredible service!

I had an Electrolux dishwasher that has stopped working, so I called and described the problem to have it repaired. He came and diagnosed that the mainboard wasn’t working and quoted me 410$ for the replacement part. I found the same part a lot cheaper in the internet, original and new. He agreed to just charge me the labor if I get the part myself, which is nice. When he installed it, the dishwasher still did not work. But he did not only try to replace the mainboard, he also disassembled the whole dishwasher into dozens of pieces. He said that my ordered mainboard was broken as well. He took the money for the labor but left everything disassembled. But why did he disassemble the rest then? This does not make sense. A little desperate I called him again and told him to get the mainboard from his source and I will pay the price he asked. He then replies that he does not want to continue with the job and won’t repair the dishwasher. He did not even give me a reason and just told me that this is his right. A clear sign that he realized that he made a wrong diagnose. I had no choice but to call another service company. They figured out that the old and the new mainboard were not the problem. Another part of the dishwasher was broken, unfortunately even more expensive. So I paid for diagnose. I paid for the attempted repair. I paid for a useless 2nd mainboard. And I have a disassembled and still broken dishwasher now. That’s why I have to give 0 stars! Very disappointed!
