Bad communication and bad service

Totally unhappy with the guys painters who did the painting in my new house
They received all money in full and promised to come back for final touches as a last service guys to leave the jobsite
Actually I had hard time with their communications they gave no contact but only one guy cell number and when ever I contact I get voice message Sorry not to reply your call because I am occupied!!!
