Would strongly advise to not use this company. First, the bin that was dropped off was not the size requested, had a half dozen large holes in it, and was rusted beyond recognition. I was fine with that (who cares about what the bin looks like anyways, right?). However, when dropping it off, the driver dragged the bin 6 ft across my brand new driveway (despite me asking specifically for him to be careful) causing permanent damage. I was extremely nice/understanding, said "sh*t happens" and let it go. Then, when picking up the bin a week later, the same driver did the exact same thing, again, and made another 6 feet or so of permanent damage. I was not fine with it by that point. I contacted the company to fix the problem three times, and I have had zero reply. All I got was the bill, which was never actually sent to me or itemized anywhere, on my credit card the next month. No receipt, no explanation of the drop-off weight fee, etc. Cleary not a reputable company. They may cost less but you will spend more money fixing your driveway when they're done than just going with another company.
