It was our first time buying a home, and Rob took the time to explain everything he was inspecting and areas to watch for – which was extremely helpful for future showings (had we not got the property)! At no time did Rob make us feel silly or dumb for asking questions during the inspection. On the very same day as the inspection Rob sent back the detailed inspection report which made us comfortable with putting in an offer. We were fortunate enough to have the winning bid on the property, but should we ever plan to move again we would certainly look to work with Rob.

Despite the limited time we had to complete our home inspection, Rob was able to make it work on very short notice. When we met, Rob was extremely professional and appeared diligent inspecting all areas of the home. He ended up finding an important issue in the home that was a surprise to us and the previous home owners. Rob also provided a comprehensive report with all the information/photos we needed.

Following the home inspection, Rob was very easy to follow up with for further questions.

We just bought a new home in the cricket club area of Toronto and needed to have the home inspected. It’s a brand new build and just under 4 thousand square feet so there was lots to cover. We hired Rob to do a full home inspection as we felt overwhelmed doing it ourselves. From the minute Rob steped foot on the property I was impressed. Rob inspected the roof with a camera mounted on giant telescopic pole. He spent hours inspecting each floor and crevice thoroughly using infrared technology Finding things that surprised us as new home owners. Thankfully Rob found a handful of very important problems that we then made the builder fix immediately before the frost settled in causing severe damage.

I have hired many inspectors over the past 20+ years as a home owner but I have never seen a more detailed and professional inspector as Rob. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Rob was very thorough with his inspection and really took his time to check everywhere in the house. He was very friendly and educated me on all the stuff he was looking for. Once complete we did a walk through and he explained what is to be done while also providing me with a fully detailed report.

In our search for a home in Toronto, we've used Rob's services multiple times, to do pre-offer inspections on houses we were bidding on. Each time, our inspections included a full home inspection, plus a mold report. We've finally closed on our house, and he completed a final inspection for us.

Rob is always professional, and quick to respond to requests and accommodate time restrictions which have sometimes been very tight given the Toronto market. He is efficient but does not rush, and takes time to answer our many, many questions. He communicates well and promptly over the phone, text, and email.

He provides his full report extremely quickly (same day) and they are always very thorough with many photos detailing everything that was found. He took multiple air samples when testing for mold, his mold reports are detailed, and he takes the time to discuss them afterwards. He also does a great job of indicating which issues would need to be addressed urgently, and which issues are less pressing.

We were very happy with his work, which is why we kept going back to him! I'd definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking for a home inspection/mold inspection.
