We just bought a new home in the cricket club area of Toronto and needed to have the home inspected. It’s a brand new build and just under 4 thousand square feet so there was lots to cover. We hired Rob to do a full home inspection as we felt overwhelmed doing it ourselves. From the minute Rob steped foot on the property I was impressed. Rob inspected the roof with a camera mounted on giant telescopic pole. He spent hours inspecting each floor and crevice thoroughly using infrared technology Finding things that surprised us as new home owners. Thankfully Rob found a handful of very important problems that we then made the builder fix immediately before the frost settled in causing severe damage. I have hired many inspectors over the past 20+ years as a home owner but I have never seen a more detailed and professional inspector as Rob. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
