His quote is among the best, and because he works for himself the quality of his inspection is not compromised at all! He spent nearly 3 hours at the house i'm planning to buy, giving me very useful advices. Only 4 hours after the inspection, he compiled a 100+ page report, with detailed issues and pictures so that I know where to negotiate with the seller.
