Chris has done an excellent job of communicating and understanding our needs. We a full of confidence that the finished product will be above our expectations. We are impressed with Chris' integrity.

Chris and his guys were very professional. His prices were more than fair, and I was very happy to pay when all was complete. He was also flexible with the dates and times, and worked around my schedule. The work was well done, and my house is nice and toasty. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that I requested that the attic hatch be simply covered with poly after they were finished, as I wanted to repaint the attic hatch cover, and his guys used a fairly heavy duty tape to attach the poly, and it ended up taking paint off the walls when we removed it, and left sticky red tape residue. It wasn't a big deal because we're painting that area in a month or two, but it was a letdown after everything else was so great. I chalk that one up to a brain fart. Regardless, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Expert Insulation again.

I recently purchased a new home and it was lacking insulation in the attic. I had dealt with Chris last June over the phone about another house and he had offered me some advice, so when this happened he was the first person I called. Chris works fast we made arrangements to meet and discuss the issues with the house. The work was all completed within the week. The insulation crew were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. (Which I appreciated.) Chris was very east to reach via phone and email. I will be using Expert Solutions when I spray foam the basement.

I had Chris come by to give me an estimate for adding insulation to my home. I just purchased the house and was told my the inspectors that insulation was needed.

Chris took me through the different options and gave me a fair quote (I had 2 other quotes).

After adding the insulation, I noticed that snow was melting on the roof over my garage faster than my neighbours (I put in a garage heater). Chris was able to help with this by adding a vent in my garage roof to allow the warm air to escape. He also fixed up my leaking eavestroughs by adding a few new downspouts and re-sealing the leaking areas.

I have since sent Chris to my brother's house to check his insulation (Chris told him more insulation was not needed) and to my neighbour.

The work completed on my house was done on time, on budget and he and his workers were clean and friendly. Highly recommended.

Chris was great to deal with from the beginning. We weren't sure if adding insulation to our attic was the solution to our problem, Chris listened, asked some questions, sent someone to take a look at our attic and then advised us on the best course of action. Work was completed quickly, on the set schedule and was done neatly!

As with all older homes you touch one thing, you have to do another 5 things. Noticing our Dining and kitchen floors were freezing, we the academics, decided to investigate why? Discovering that the exterior overhang and bay window had no insulation , and that the rim joist insulation was less than adequate, we looked into different types of insulation, and contacted 3 companies to give us quotes. Chris responded promptly, said he was coming when he said he was and gave fair advice. The quotes, were clear and separated per area. He answered the academics essay of questions and made sure we all were on the same page.
Chris and team were respectful of our home, covered our floors and used guards around our wall corners. He was willing to work with us, the weekend DIY warriors, (after an exhaustive effort on our part to air seal and ensure air flow) to blow in insulation into the dining room attic (approx 210sqft) to R50, on a short 3 day notice. The dining room and the basement are toasty, the floors are not freezing and most importantly our aging furnace doesn't have to work as hard to keep the house warm. I would highly recommend them and will look forward to working with Chris and Team Expert Insulation in the future.

Expert Insulation topped up our attic insulation and installed a new bathroom fan vent. Chris was very professional and took time to explain the benefits of topping up the attic. The estimate was clear and price was reasonable. Chris did an excellent job of communicating with us by text for scheduling the job, answering questions and updating us on timing of their arrival. Chris and two of his team members did the job efficiently while taking care to ensure our house was clean after the work was done.

Chris and his colleagues insulated my attic back in September and now that the temperature has dropped, I can confidently say that they did a fantastic job! There are no more cold spots on the top floor of my house. The Expert Insulation team was incredibly professional. One person came in to do the estimate and he talked me through everything that would be done, complete with pictures. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions with ease. When the company came to do the insulation, they were respectful of my home and cleaned everything up before leaving - it was as if they were never there! I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic. The service I received from Chris at Expert Insulation was outstanding from initial contact to final invoice. He returned my call right away, spent a lot of time discussing my insulation issues with me and came to provide an estimate soon after. During the estimate, he ensured that I fully understood the services he was proposing and he sent a written estimate that evening. He always kept me informed of his arrival times and of the work that was being done. Winter will tell if these services will fix ice damning and draft problems but I know I can contact Chris if I have any problems. Highly Recommended!
