Absolutely fantastic. The service I received from Chris at Expert Insulation was outstanding from initial contact to final invoice. He returned my call right away, spent a lot of time discussing my insulation issues with me and came to provide an estimate soon after. During the estimate, he ensured that I fully understood the services he was proposing and he sent a written estimate that evening. He always kept me informed of his arrival times and of the work that was being done. Winter will tell if these services will fix ice damning and draft problems but I know I can contact Chris if I have any problems. Highly Recommended!

Absolutely incredible service and workmanship! I couldn't be happier both with the customer service and the quality of the work from Elite Siders. Azary took loads of time to discuss our needs and to provide us with information and options to re-insulate and re-side our house. He then provided a clear and detailed estimate that very day. He gave a realistic timeline for when the work could start and how long it would take to complete and then kept me informed as to when the team would be able to actually begin the job. We live in a two-story 1912 house which never fails to provide unique challenges but this team never once came to me with problems - only solutions. They showed up every single day without fail and worked incredible hard and long days. Our property was left tidy every night and the crew was a pleasure to have around. The workmanship was outstanding and Azary went above and beyond to make sure we were always satisfied. He often repeated that he was treating our house as if it was his own and we had to be 100% satisfied. And we most certainly are. Our house is now the envy of our neighbours and I am proud to own this outstanding looking historic home. Hardie Board is never a cheap option but this was so well worth the investment.
