Stay Away From this company!
We Have 2 commercial buildings on our property 1 is a restaurant the other an automotive shop. we had security with another company prior to reed security, we were approached by a company who installs and works with reed security in our area about switching over, we were told they would give us a better rate and a better overall product, sounded great so we made the switch. well after everything was installed, which we still have error code on one sensor after a year or more, we get our first bill and its much more than what we were paying with the other company and there was nothing we could do . ok already off to a bad start. well accouple months go by and we have a flood in our restaurant causing us to shut down while insurance go over everything, and time to fix/renovate. during this time we were unable to make payments we discussed this with them and we were told that they would come and get the equipment and just pay off the out standing balance which was great.... fast forward a month later and we receive a invoice for $10,000... that's right $10,000!!!!! When we called in to question this we were rudely told that this is to cover the remaining balance on the entire contract for 3 years, which was never told to us when the equipment was picked up. we then said ok we got our insurance payout and can pay the initial amount we were behind if they could bring the equipment back. we were told no there was nothing they could do and that we owe $10,000, $10,000 that we have zero equipment or service for.
this company is shady, stay away! and after reading other reviews about renewing automatically for 3 years with out consulting with clients first, and no response for alarms i should have done my du diligent's
