Customer Service with a bad attitude
After I installed a new system I was told that had to pay the monthly fee up front for the whole year or sign up for automatic debits. I don't have access to annual debits so unless I pay the whole year upfront they will charge interest on late payment for the entire year. No solution, just a major saucy attitude from their office and a demand. Not a great start to a year 3 contract....

Hope we were able to sort this out for you. To keep our rates affordable we ask our clients to pay by automatic bank account debit or annual prepay. We do accept credit cards, but there will be a surcharge to reflect expensive credit card processing fees and the time it takes to call clients when credit cards expire. We would never want a client to sign up without knowing payment options.
