To be honest, most disappointing company I've ever worked with. The project was challenging and very high end Downtown Toronto condo. Celebre Tile installed tile out of level, large sheets of porceline tile mishandled and cracked, hollow spots under installed tile caused further cracking, oversized cuts and could not keep tight to adjacent walls and floor receptacles. Epoxy Grout was left to dry on tile edging which made it impossible to remove without removing the edging and tile, glue from acoustical mat was spread on finished drywall which caused us to skim the wall and reprime.
They barely came back to do the repairs (after they've been paid of course) and when all these issues were brought up, their response was "gave us some slack".
Finally, they've abandoned the job because they seem to think that they can charge extra for terrible quality of work.
I'm certain they'll have some smart response to this posting but reality is that they can lay down tile but to actually perform quality work is questionable at best. These guys will sell you the world but cannot deliver what they say. Even the tile supplier was appalled by the quality of the work after visiting the site. So word of caution, do NOT use Celebre Tile if you are after quality work and value your dollar spent.
