This is not a company you want to work with. Right from the start, you could tell that they are completely understaffed. I was given numerous promises about getting the product not only ordered but installed in a timely fashion, only to have to remind them on numerous occasions over weeks to do so. I felt like I had to do the work myself or it would never get done. They always had an excuse.The tile installation people however are very good, but these are independant contractors working for them, and they did excellent work and were very professional. Overall, this is not a company that I would waste my money on. It is more headache and stress in what should be a relatively stress-free project for your home. The Celebre team is not worth your time.In the interim, many of my friends have used other companies, who are much more efficient, professional, and who's consumer first attitude was missing with Celebre.Do not use Celebre for any work or tile project.
