Shelf Genie Of British Columbia

We saw Shelf Genie at the PNE, and as they were offering free quotes, I wanted them to come by and look at a problem cupboard I had.

Unfortunately, the cupboard that I was really hoping they could fix, turned out to be unfixable. However, Caroline looked under the kitchen sink and offered to make a quote for shelves there, as she said that was definitely a space they could work with. The cost was expensive, but we decided to get the work done. We did get a discount for being PNE referrals.

Jon came by first to take the measurements, then again a month or so later to install the shelving. I love it, and use it every day, and I really love not 'losing' things in the back/side of the cupboard anymore, or having to dig back there for anything.

My husband was more impressed with the fact that Caroline didn't try to sell us a 'fix' for our unfixable cupboard, and appreciated that Caroline said that there was only so much Shelf Genie could do. I was choked, because I hated that stupid cupboard, but Caroline gave us some ideas as to how to make it better, which we appreciated, and followed her advice.

Joseph Choi came out and took measurements of the cupboards and made suggestions as to what would be best for our situation. There was no upselling or pressure. He was very friendly and professional.
James Damon came for the installation. He was prompt and also professional. He was very careful with his work, made sure that the drawers would accomodate my tallest items before installation. He keeps a spotless work area.
The Shelf Genie is a must for all homes.

She is also very friendly, helpful and was very much tuned to our needs and requirements. James, the installer, is a fast and detailed worker and knows his business well. From the first time we contacted ShelfGenie, we were very impressed at how punctual the area representative returned our call. The in-home consultation was awesome. Joeeph and Reena went the "extra mile" to explain and discuss the company. The design consultation was excellent, taking into account our wants and needs. The follow-up measurement confirmation by James went very well, with him adding insight as to how the install would take place. The actual install went very well, with James arriving on time and having his "plan" ready to go. After completion, James did a clean-up and once again checked everything to make sure all drawers worked smoothly and that we were pleased with the outcome.
Since the install, we have had no regrets with the design and function, as well as the excellent quality of the product. The cost/quality of the product is worth every dollar and will last a lifetime.

In our new condo we had a section of shelving that was too deep to be useful. We had sliding shelves put in and now we can easily reach all of our pantry items. The shelving is heavy duty and slides easily. It does reduce some of the interior space but may make up for it by making the space more efficient.

Moved into a townhouse with a decent looking kitchen, but all the shelves where just regular old shelves. We had lived in a home with sliding shelves and wanted the same convenience for storage in our new downsized home. Shelf Genie has made the storage space so much more accessible and actually added some extra square footage by the design. Had to re-think the under the sink set up after living with it for a couple of months, but Jon our designer/installer came back and fixed the problem up so it is now a workable and convenient space. Installation was professional and the product is perfect for our needs. Jon is a very personable and knowledgeable young man. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Shelf Genie did a amazing job from start to finish on my kitchen island pantry and dishes cupboard. It was a quick and professional, job. The installer John did a great job and it was done within the hour. Thanks again Shelf Genie!!!

Instead of renovating our 1980s kitchen we opted to paint the kitchen and have Shelfgenie insert pullout shelves in several of our inaccessible shelves. What a difference it makes! We can now store much more, and much more accessibly. Much better than spending $30,000 on a full kitchen renovation!
