Adrian was incredibly helpful and professional from setting up the appt, arriving on time, through the completion of the cleaning of the ducts. He explained everything along the way. He ran into some unexpected challenges and resolved them. He took the time to clean all the low spots and even helped secure a new return cover.
The difference is very evident in the air quality and significant drop in dust on our dark hardwood floors.
I used a Groupon coupon for the service and only paid an additional $25 for the 5 extra ducts. Although some companies offered a cheaper coupon, none had the consistently high ratings of Delux Dux. Look at the comments over several months before you choose of service provider. I went with Delux Dux because they had consistently good ratings. Thanks again Adrian.
