The movers were very professional and courteous with myself and my senior client. They showed up on time, with clean uniforms and clean cut. They were patient but moved very quickly to ensure the move went as efficiently as possible.
I would definitely use You Move Me again for future moves!

We saw You Move Me at the home show and were impressed by the promo booth. Andy, Nick and Dylan were our crew and I have never seen a crew work so hard. They hustled from start to finish. They treated all of my possessions with respect and never broke anything – they did not do any damage to the buildings, either. I never had to tell them anything twice, and they were the nicest guys I have ever dealt with in a move – I have had a few more than I would like in the last few years, and your team was by far the best I have dealt with, EVER! My wife and I recently moved from Vancouver to Kelowna and researched multiple moving companies beforehand. What mattered most to us was price, value, professionalism, and dependability. Some companies we called quoted slightly less but were based on total weight which was guesstimated at best. Those companies also combined multiple different moves in the same truck which had us wondering how accurately the weight of "our" belongings would be reported...and quite frankly seemed pretty lacklustre on the telephone.
YouMoveMe were incredibly professional and honest from the start. They sent one of their Operations Managers, Lee Miller, to do a free, on-site estimate the very next day which they base on hourly rates vs. weight.
On our moving day, our movers Brett and Murtaza called ahead of schedule saying they were running a little early (wow!) and asked if they could grab us coffee on the way!! When they showed up it was clear they were qualified professionals. They were efficient and fast yet cautious and respectful of our belongings and building walls/elevator walls. They were friendly and focused and got the job done without us having to lift a finger. When they pulled up our Building Manager even mentioned to me how he'd always had good experiences with this company in the building over the years.
The next day Brett and Murtaza met us at our new home in Kelowna on time and ready to go. The unloading process went just as smoothly and efficiently as the loading in Vancouver. They were friendly with our new neighbours and in great spirits.
All in all our original quote was about $50 less than what we paid in the end so I was very pleased with Lee's estimate. We would recommend YouMoveMe to anyone looking for help moving whether it be intercity or across province. This company is doing it right in so many ways.

You Move Me - packing contents of 2 bedroom condo and loading into a PODS container. The latter was tricky to make everything fit well and with care into a 16 cub. ft. PODS. Too boot, it was a rainy day. Good furniture was shrink wrapped and blanketed for the carry out.

Sean and Dylan were awesome! The move went really well. They were on time, well-organized, super friendly and got the move done really quickly. And they gave us a gift of a plant at the end.
We would highly recommend this company and, in particular, Sean and Dylan.
