I purchased an 8 year old home that had been roughed in for central vacuum, but the original owners had built over the drop for the vacuum. I received a central vac as a house warming gift, and had no idea how to get it installed without a drop.
I contacted the Vacuum Guy and he dropped by that day to give me a quote and was by just a few days later to install the vacuum. He knew just where to look for the drop, brought along a cover for the hole he needed to cut into the basement ceiling, installed an outlet in the basement, and installed the vacuum. He was polite, neat and tidy, and quick. Can't ask for more than that.
