Great service and price. I called serval different local stores asking for home theatre equipment. They are nice people and friendly. But when it comes to stock availability and price, Eastporters beat them all. They surprisingly have stock for what I want and great price, consider this Covid situation.

I bought home theatre chairs and a projector from Eastposters. I believe is Chirs and Jacob did the installation and delivery. One thing amazing about them is they are extremely careful when they are moving the chairs in. The chairs I bought from them are very beautiful, it fits my whole theatre design.

I got my home theater chairs from this company, prompt service, went to the showroom and sat on the seats and bought the Valencia Tuscany. Very nice seats for my home theater. My favourite feature is the motorized lumbar.

I wanted to build my theater room in my basement, so I did my research and contacted several AV companies till I reached Eastporters.
First, I talked to them I felt the difference between them and the others in the market, they were very professional and super knowledgeable in everything related to theater rooms. They went through everything with me and understood what I exactly want.
I purchased a projection screen, projector, and 3 rows of Verona theater chairs. Let me tell you that the chairs are more beautiful than we thought we'd be getting. The leather is of top quality and super soft, Extremely comfortable in literally any position. The LED lights really make the seats pop. The cup holders are large and the LED lights on them help you easily find your drink in the dark, and with these times of COVID, we got the White Glove Delivery, very quick and professional. They also cleaned up all the packing material and left everything neat and tidy and most of all, we felt safe. I couldn't ask for anything better and to be honest I was fortunate to deal with them (Eastporters).

Reached Eastporters before Chrimas time, dealt with Gary, very knowledge and professional guy, walked me through every possibilities that my basement home theatre could get. finally my wife and i made a decision for a JVC NX5 and 7.1 surround sound system with 120 inch screen. on top of that, we got Valencia chairs. whole project was done smoothy in two days. couldn't be more happier, wife and kids spending lots of time at the basement now, so i can work from home without any disturbance lol.

I recently ordered a row of 3 Valencia seats and couldn’t be more disappointed...

3 days after receiving the chairs one of my cats scratched one of the chairs... My cat is declawed so I found this to be a little odd...

I have had a number of pieces of leather furniture over the years and have never had a scratch.... It took just 3 days with Valencia seating. Their website claims the leather is durable however it’s anything but.

I’m also very disappointed because in further investigating I noticed a number of other imperfections in the leather, wear marks and dirt/dust under the cup holder and in the storage compartments. Eastporters assured me this unit was NEW when I ordered however I’m now convinced this was an open box product.

I reached out to Valencia to see if I could purchase a replacement cushion or leather for the damaged seat and was advised an entire seat would need to be purchased and they’re unable to ship parts.

Finally I reached back out to Eastporters to order a replacement chair and was advised the chair price mysteriously went up in price by 70%.

I would not recommend Valencia Theatre Seating and I no longer trust Eastporters.

There are other options in the GTA and I would highly recommend you shop around. Eastporters may provide the best price however you may end up getting used or open box products and terrible after sales service.

Same story as the person from Toronto complaining about long delays to receive his sofas. Difference is he's been waiting for delivery since October nothing remotely close to my waiting since August, yes I said August.

While Harrisson is most respectful, sympathetic bottom line I sti don't have my sofas. Sold my old ones in September so you can imagine my empty living room. Watching tv on foldong chairs with yet no idea when I will receive them. Apparently White Glove service is an independent firm that Eastporters has no control over......had I known!

We wanted a couple theatre seats. Settled on the Verona with power head rests after visiting the store in mid October. After paying in full in mid October, we were told it would be the mid to end of month November we should receive our seats. Fast forward to November, we hadn't herd anything, so I followed up with our sales guy Paul. He then tell us it will be mid December and he will call us with updates, we are a week past that now. I have no seats, Paul's Voicemail is full, and the Support number sends me to voicemail to which I haven't recieved a return call yet.

First purchased high end chairs movie through them (7). Had them delivered and had issue with the measurements (wrong measurements on the best buy website). I was worried that I would have to 'fight' to get a refund. Quite the opposite. They (Eastporters) were super accommodating, professional, and very helpful. They were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I then went to their office to view their screens, equipment etc.... Their staff were the most knowledgable, insightful, helpful, low pressure sales people I have ever met. They have a great set up and are super knowledgeable about their products. They are not sales people, rather they are product experts - which is what you want if you are spending $20K+ on a home movie theatre. Yet I feel that even If I was spending less I would still receive the same great service and care. They were just awesome to deal with. I ended up purchasing full 9.1 surround sound (Marrantz), fixed wall mounted screen, in-wall speakers, projector (JVC), amps, subs, wiring etc.... and hired them to install.

Their instal guy (Ryan) and his team were amazing. They did everything 100% perfect. Clean work, SUPER knowledgable... and had the right attitude that unless I was happy- the job was not finished. Well, they exceeded my expectations 100%. I would use them and buy from them again... I would highly recommend them with the highest customer service rating!

Forget every-other place you are thinking of buying from (I did my research and went everywhere - so I can save you the time and energy) and visit east porters. Staff 10/10. Service 10/10. Pricing 10/10. Product knowledge 10/10. Instal 10/10. Customer satisfaction 10/10.

I bought a set of home theater appliances In Eastporters. They offered a good customer service there, the people who worked there were very helpful, patiently and friendly. They answered all my questions since I had no idea about home theater. They introduced to me all different kinds of appliances such as speakers, screens and projectors and helped me to make the decisions. The prices were fairly reasonable after I compared between different stores.

I received my stuff in a short period, they were all in a perfect shape. Installation was very simple, because the installation people were professional. It took a whole day to set up my home theater, but considering all the stuff I bought, it was fairly fast.

All in all, it was a great shopping experience, and I would definitely recommend Eastporters to my friends.
