The project manager / estimator helped walk me through exactly what to expect in terms of scope and cost, and then the crew's leader made sure I was in the loop on how the execution of the plan was going. Taking on such a large project made me nervous as a first time home buyer, especially spending such a large amount of money! But the team made me feel at ease, and I saw that I was getting an excellent value for my money.
