Martin from Grand Project Contracting was referred by a friend of mine who had a basement finished by Martin and his team. I was interested in having a basement finished but I also had a few other jobs around the house and didn't want to hire several different contractors. The team from Grand Project Contracting not only finished our basement in time and within budget, but also painted our kitchen, put down new laminate wood floor in my living room Everything looks wonderful and I'm compiling another 'To-Do' list for him. We will definitely have Martin back for all our other renovation project. His team is really respectful and on time as well.
