Moving into a new place, the site manager said the carpets were "steam cleaned but stained" I called and was able to get an appointment inside of 48 hours. No I didnt get the owner but Leon was great and left the whole place looking 90% better than before. Yes the carpets were stained, but after Leon got to them it was much less noticeable.
