I emailed for a quote with a single photo and Jesse quickly responded with a diagnosis of the problem and a three-pronged plan to prevent future occurrences. He worked around my schedule, managed to find a way up to the trouble spot in my cramped backyard, and was finished quickly. The finished work looks very professional and secure.
