Rebuild The Planet

Needed 3 walls removed, one of which required an LVL beam, and needed a previously sunken floor to be levelled. Call a few contractors, but were too expensive and did not bother visiting. Leuri (Rebuild the Planet) had great reviews and actually visited my site. Was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and was easy to reach. His team managed to finish all work in just one day and within budget. Highly recommend Leuri for your structural project.

lauri is GREAT to work with, gave me no headache at all and 100% trust him . i usually have bad luck with renovations and contractors but he is different. He is also friendly and efficient . I would recommend him =)

Had Leuri close off an 'open-to-above' area with the addition of a floor. We also had some bulkheads and a window seat installed for running HVAC runs to the new room. Leuri & his time were extremely quick with their work and did an outstanding job. Always arrived when promised and completed the work on time and per agreed price. It's hard to find reliable trades people these days but between Rebuild the Plant (structural), our HVAC, plumber, Hardwood Installers/Drywallers - Leuri was by far the best. Very happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone doing any type of structural or carpentry work.

Leuri did an excellent job in assisting with the wall tear down and steel beam installation in our kitching dining area. Professional, courteous and always available to answer our questions. He also recommended a structural engineer that we hired to help with the drawings and permit submission. Overall, we were quite happy with the job Leuri and Rebuild the Planet did on this reno.

I contacted Leuri based on positive reviews on Homestars to install an LVL beam to replace a bearing wall at the basement stair. Right at the beginning I knew that he is trustworthy person. He was very busy at the time but there was one day that he would be free. He would come and see me on the day and if everything was ok he woud proceed. The jobs was done in half a day and the job site was clean. I will no hesitate to contact him a gain if there is anything need to be done. In fact I will contact him soon to work on my garage. Leuri was exceptional to work with. Very dependable and a true wealth of knowledge. Leuri helped me out tremendously when working with the other trades as well. He has fantastic suggestions as we went along on the project.

Our project was the gutting of a heritage home and the construction of a (2) story addition on the back of the existing structure. Leuri and his team provided farming for the entire project including sistering the Old joists with LVSs in the original structure. Leuri also worked with a structural engineer to install (2) massive steel beams used for support when load-bearing walls were removed. Leuri was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I have nothing but the highest recommendation for him and his team. Would most definitely hire him again for future projects.

Rebuild The Planet was contacted for help to remove the load bearing wall between my kitchen and family room on main floor and to remove load bearing wall directly below on basement level. Leuri had a structural engineer he worked with and his engineer assisted in putting design requirements together for the project. I submitted the permit application to the city. Leuri was great to work with, reasonably priced, and very accommodating. Leuri showed up as discussed and completed project quickly. No issues and I would gladly use Rebuild The Planet for future renos.
