Load bearing wall removal and front entrance rebuild.
First I have to apologize to Leuri and the guys at Rebuild the Planet, they have done two different jobs for me, one over two years ago and I have not written a review until now. The first job was to remove a load bearing wall separating my kitchen and living room. This entailed installing a huge LVL beam over 22' feet long in the ceiling and one over 11' long in the floor to support it without putting a post in the middle of the room in the basement. So not the simplest job. Also, it should be said that I do all of my own work other than structure, plumbing and electric and I am supper picky about who works on my house and HOW they do it. The team at Rebuild the Planet never batted and eye over any of my requests or questions and even surpassed my expectations with regards to quality and speed of work. Leuri is also excellent at giving design ideas and was super responsive to a couple of tiny issues that the inspector brought up and fixed them the same day. The second job they did for me was to tear down and rebuild an old extension on the front of my house that was never done properly the first time and was drafty and starting to rot. We redesigned it and Rebuild the Planet made it happen, we are super happy about how it turned out. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for excellent workmanship at a fair price. Thanks guys.

No apology necessary Brian, we were glad to help. Thanks for letting us be a part of your project.
Your "Open Concept" design turned out amazing and the addition on the front entrance looks like it was meant to be there. Well done!
