Louis showed up promptly and investigated the issues. They were thorough in their searches and determined my issue was not raccoons as I suspected but rats. They put me on to someone who specializes with rats as he felt my issue was beyond his scope which I thought was very professional.

Yes ,if we get on a site where it's something that it's out of ours hands we will refer ours customers to the proper professional , in your situation Rats are handle differently than what we do with wildlife as rats are for pest/bug guys
