Make sure the quoted price is written on contract and you agree before the service, not just by ok on the phone.
Pros: the guy knew how to replace water circulation pump in 10 minutes.
Cons: Spent lots of time explaining about how your other plumbing system in the house is no longer legal and needed to replace ( This is a 10 years old house and I had verified and accepted by the city about plumbing codes) then charged me by the hours. only $60 more but please tell homeowner in advance that your suggestion or talking is costing $120 per hour.
