Charged $400 for a Problem I Didn't Have
I requested service for a bat trapped in my walls. I grew up on a farm. I know what a bat in a wall sounds like. Over the phone, Dynamic diagnosed it as mice. Technician comes out and finds mice droppings in attic (who doesn't have mice droppings in attic?). I reiterated, it sounded like a bat. Nope, they treat for mice get their money on the spot. Next day, a bat is flying in the house. After a rude conversation with owner, I negotiate to get $100 back. I was promised the money then yelled at to never phone them again. 8 weeks later, still no refund or returned calls. This guy is short tempered, doesn't listen to what the clients report, and reneges on promises. Worst service in a service industry ever.
