I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the abysmal level of service I have received from Ritz Furniture regarding my recent furniture purchase.
To say that my experience has been subpar would be a gross understatement. From the very onset, there have been glaring issues that have not only inconvenienced me but also left me feeling utterly disheartened by your lack of professionalism and regard for customer satisfaction.
Firstly, the delivery of my furniture was an absolute debacle. Not only was it delayed, but it was spread across 3 separate days,
However, the delivery mishaps were only the beginning of my ordeal. Upon inspecting the furniture, I discovered numerous defects and issues sent to customer service via email and photograph, even though these items were supposedly brand new. The fact that I encountered problems with multiple pieces, including a recliner chair and the bedroom set mirror, speaks volumes about the quality control standards of your company.
What is even more distressing is the lack of urgency and efficiency in resolving these issues. I have been tirelessly chasing your customer service team for a resolution for over 20 days now (2-3 calls daily), yet the problems persist unresolved with daily different promises. The nonchalant attitude and empty promises I have received from your representatives are nothing short of appalling.
Furthermore, the suggestion from your customer service team to purchase a leather sofa as a solution to the issues with my fabric sofa is not only ludicrous but also insulting. It demonstrates a complete disregard for my concerns and shows a lack of understanding of basic customer service principles.
