Installed with Pride Flooring and Contracting

Do not,I repeat DO NOT hire installed with pride, he did a terrible job. Promised to come back in two weeks to fix 15 errors,which was never done. Had excuse after excuse why he could not come back. He would not answer the phone. I have about 25 pictures to prove what I am complaining about.

Under no circumstances should you hiring this contractor to work for you on any project!! We found him in Kijiji and after a brief conversation with him, my husband felt confident that this person could do this fairly straight forward project. His first job was to lay laminate flooring and move the existing carpet to another room. His work was ok. We then hired him again for different carpeting, tiling and hardwood projects. The tile laying was mediocre at best. The hardwood project kept getting delayed even after he'd had our deposit. Eventually the hardwood came. He told us he could tile the kitchen backsplash and did a horrible job. Although he tried to fix it, it's still noticeably crooked in some spots. The last project which we paid a hefty deposit for (should've been very straight forward) was installing new carpet in our family room. Paid the deposit back in May and have yet to see the carpet. We've followed up with him many times but he only gives us excuses. Now he doesn't even bother answering our calls or emails. So off to small claims court we go. Stay far, far away from this contractor!
