Sylvio at RenoKrew was amazing. By far, the easiest contractor to communicate with. His response times were excellent, regardless of whether I was sending an email, a text or calling him. He was always responsive, and always a pleasure to speak with.

The process of quoting the job was painless, and everything adhered to the original budget. No surprises. Sylvio helped us with every little detail throughout the entire project, and was more than accommodating with scheduling on-site meetings, arranging payments, and ensuring the job was completed successfully.

Happy with their work. Wanted someone that could do cabinetry/design well but also had a renovation that involved new ceiling, backsplash, wiring, etc. Very professional, good in both the construction and in providing design tips. In the end they took what was a more complicated job than they anticipated (old Victorian - when is it not!) and still did a high-quality job on time and on budget.

Pedro and his team completed the design, renovation, and cleanup of the project on time, on budget, and as promised during our initial meetings. They were able to guide us through the project and have their trades organized so the project was finished in the time they projected.
The workmanship was professional and the trades showed up when they indicated they would. The job site was kept clean once they left for the evening.
We were very pleased with the finished project and would use them again for future projects or refer them in confidence to our friends and family.

RenoKrew completed an extensive exterior transformation which included an entire custom roof re-build (from a flat roof to a peak roof) and re-built custom deck fencing and exterior painting. Frank came highly recommended by a family member for whom he's done extensive work for over a decade. The planning phase discussions were open and transparent around the scope, scale, cost, and timing. RenoKrew handled all dealings with hydro, and the city too. The workmanship was top quality - and the job came in on budget. The RenoKrew team was skilled, conscientious, and kept a clean worksite. Frank & Pedro were available, responsive throughout the project, knowledgeable and fair. After a freak thunderstorm during the roof renovation, Frank came to check on the house in the middle of the night (3:30am!) and went on the roof to manage any issues. Carlos managed the "Krew" effectively and had a strong work ethic, showing up on weekends and long days to get the job done. For future work, we have full confidence in Frank & Pedro at RenoKrew to get the job done…we will use them again on the next project.
