Tania is very unreliable and unprofessional. She cancelled last minute on multiple occasions with a variety of reasons. Bought this from Groupon and she marked it redeemed even though I did not receive any services! Could not get a refund only a credit.
Please read the reviews before booking with Retro Moms Services. Buyer beware.

Unfortunately Groupon was a massive success and we did not have enough staff in place to handle the sheer volume.
I am not sure about it being marked "redeemed" as we have never done that unless service was provided. Many of the Groupons have expired without being used though.
