Bar top wrong dimensions

We ordered bar top and all measurements sent in all text messages were 1.5 feet or 18 inches. They even went and did measurements themselves on location. Then what was delivered was 15 inches instead. Currently trying to ask them to correct their mistake.

Had a laundry room countertop fabricated by top countertop. The product was of good quality and on time. All issues were dealt with, I would do business again with Top Countertop.
