we were looking for an TV and had contacted Alex at ADH Sales first. He had recommended us the Samsung, which we ended up buying - absolutely love it! From the start, the customer service was impeccable, from the knowledge to even arranging the delivery. Next on our to-do list - a dishwasher! :)
