pioere windows

Had some issues getting them to come when they said they would.
they finnaly made it on the 4th appointment but then a 3 hour job turned into 9 hours because they were relaxing in back yard everytime i looked.
Once they finnished they said they were short 1 down pipe and they would return the next day to install.
well its been 2 months now and they still have not returned nor will return my calls or emails.
