We met after a windstorm where I had leaks from one end of the house to the other. Since we are neighbor's I knew Ivan was a roofer , my first and obvious choice was to ask him for a price and as it turned out a great deal of work led from there including repairing the roof at a fair price and did a great job! Subsequently he installed new eavestroughs and resided my garage and front dormer. Since I'm in a wheelchair he built me wheelchair ramps front and back including safety rubber mats and even built me a draw bridge allowing me to get to my studio in the back, he put an oak floor in my studio and ceramic tile in my kitchen, laundry room and front entrance. he called in a professional arborist to trim and remove unsafe trees and also releveled and reseeded my front lawn. Lastly he helped me install a 4 camera home security system, I found him honest, innovated, resourceful, and energetic. I would Highly Recommend him.
