Milano Painting

Milan and his crew just completed the painting of the exterior of our Burnaby home. It had not been painted in a number of years and the prep work required was extensive.
Milan's attention to detail was exceptional. The preparation took several days and the painting was not started until every sq. ft. of surface was inspected and properly prepared.
The finished product was perfect and our home has never looked better.
Milano painting is a professional painting company with experienced and courteous workers ....and their price was more than fair.

We hired Milano Painting to paint the exterior of our house two years ago after a neighbour recommended them. He is currently painting the fourth house in our subdivision. Milan is conscientious, hard working, very fair and respectful. He started and finished our project in a timely manner. We are so pleased with the result. From power washing and preparation to daily and final site clean-up, Milano’s two-man crew did an excellent job. Repainting of the outside of our home was several years overdue, and required considerable washing, scraping, caulking, and priming of bare wood. That, and the subsequent painting, was all done with meticulous attention to detail. There was no cutting of corners – downspouts and light fixtures, for example, were removed rather than painted around – even when the hot weather would have encouraged taking short-cuts; and timelines were observed. Our reno was plagued with issues, one being painting, painters and our designer. Milano was a bright light in a very dark & stormy reno. He fixed the issues inside & out. Helped us with our door glass installation and was just in general a pleasure to deal with. Extremely responsive, courteous and professional. I honestly cannot say enough about the experience.
