Fernando has been providing exceptional service for our commercial properties for years. He responds quickly, provides great customer service, and does quality work that he stands behind. Our buildings are on the older side so patching them up requires a lot of knowledge and skill.

I also had experience with him on a few detached residential houses and he did a great job there as well. Highly recommend him for your commercial or residential needs.

Fernando and his team were great to deal with; Our roof was in really bad shape and was leaking in the house. He was very helpful in explaining the process of roofing; from choosing the "right kind" of shingles to best suit our little bungalow house but also the installation technique they would use to maximize the life of our roof against the strong wind stream & sun exposure we get from the south-east. They replaced old vents / aligned new ones, reset the existing eaves-through (which saves us money!!!) and cleaned up the job site afterwards. The whole experience was fantastic and my wife and I would highly recommend them.

Fernando was a pleasure to deal with. He came in on time, on budget and the site was cleaned up well. His price was 1/3 of other quotes I received and he did a beautiful job.
