Toronto Hydro cut our power line without prior notice at the request of Bell Canada who was maintaining their Fibe line and claimed an unsafe condition - an unbelievable situation. Toronto Hydro said to find an electrician who could install a new line connector (forget the name of this); very upset with Toronto Hydro; searched the internet, made several calls, only this company had someone answer, electrician called back, knew straightaway what the problem was, turned up about an hour later, did the repair, called electrical safety authority for inspection and Toronto Hydro turned up to reconnect the line several hours later. These guys turned up when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, did a good job, and saved us!
