Amazing job landscaping front yard. Come when promise and were done quickly. Project looks great - getting lots of compliments from neighbors!

We met with Kevin and gave him our thoughts on what we would like to do to our front yard. As our lawn is on an angle there were a few options we could consider. Kevin listened to us and gave us some great suggestions. We didn't want our stone or yard to look like the rest of the neighbourhood and it doesn't - it looks perfect. We wanted to use a reputable company that wasn't a fly by night operation. Kevin and his crew were on time, courteous, did a great job and finished when promised. We are so pleased with his work, especially the fact that Kevco offers a 5 year warranty, who does that these days! We already have another project in mind for Kevco.

Choosing a landscaping company is no easy task. Referrals and reviews are really all we have to rely on, that’s why I believe honesty is the BEST policy here. I would highly recommend Kevco to my family and friends without hesitation. I first met Kevin back in February 2021 when I was looking for quotes on our project of replacing a delapitated fence and our equally delapitated sod. Kevin responded right away and came for a check of our property within 2 days of our first contact. Kevin was very professional, respectful and paid attention to our requests. In a very short time Kevin provide a very professional and detailed quote for all of the work we talked about. Even during Covid, the job started the day that was promised. Kevin’s guys worked so hard and remained focused all the time they were here. The work was completed when promised and the workmanship was exceptional. Overall, Kevin did exactly what he said he was going to do, he did it when he said he would and he did it for the price he quoted.....There were no surprises. Sorry for the late review, should have done this earlier. Kevin and his team completed an new front stone walkaway for us in September 2020. We had old flagstone that was falling apart and wanted a new grey stone walkway. Kevin is the nicest guy, very professional, they finished everything in 1 workday. A whole crew started around 8-9 and finished around 5pm. They also filled in some cracks in our garage floor and did a great job with that too. They cleaned up, put some new grass in around the walkway. Even our neighbours were impressed by how quick they were and how nice of a job they did. You see other companies taking a week or so complete a job like this and Kevin and his tram did it in 1 day.

Great job, nice guys, great experience, I would 100% recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. Best contractors I’ve ever worked with. Thanks Kevin!

Honest, hardworking and efficient best describe our experience with Kevco Landscapes Inc. Following the removal of a couple of Norway Maples in our backyard, we undertook a project to deal with the aftermath left behind from these trees and improve the overall aesthetics of our yard. After meeting with Kevin a couple of times to discuss our ideas, Kevin and his crew began the transformation in October.

Over the course of eight days, our yards were stripped down entirely, regraded and replaced with new soil and sod, patio, front and side walkways. Fencing was added to lessen exposure to prevailing wind. The bare ground under the Spruce and Pine trees is now covered by river rock. A line of Cedars was planted to bring back some privacy where the Maples once stood.

The crew were skillful, polite and a real pleasure to work with. Daily clean-ups kept the street and sidewalk neat and tidy. With the project beginning so late in the season and during the pandemic, we were not sure if the work could be done this year. We had reached out to several companies during the planning stage but only Kevco responded in a timely manner. A full written price breakdown estimate and contract were provided. There remains some planting to be done next spring and we will try to provide an update to this review at that time.

For now, we are so happy for the new landscaping and certainly would recommend Kevco for your project.

We were fortunate to have Kevco Landscape do our walkway and edge the driveway with a lovely stone which Kevin suggested. Kevin and his team were very meticulous about their work and created a lovely entrance to our home. We are so pleased with the transformation.
We also had Kevin repair our wooden deck. The team replaced all the floor boards, some joists and upright boards. They were diligent in ensuring that the replacement deck would be safe. It looks absolutely amazing and even nicer than when it was originally done.

We went through many researches and quotes from different companies on our Landscape project which includes driveway Interlock, front and back landscape renovation, backyard deck, planting and lightings. Based on HomeStars reviews and two in-person meetings with Kevin, we finally chose Kevco. Kevin patiently explained the project and gave us his valuable opinion with his expertise and experience.

Kevco send us a detail estimate Scope of Service and drawings prior we commit on the deposit. There were no budget surprises throughout the project. Demolition, Deck Build, Front Pavers (walkway, patio and driveway), Garden Beds, Planting, New Lawn (front and back) and Landscape Lightings were all written in detailed description contract.

We had the dates confirmed with Kevco three months prior project starts. Eventually the project date started on time as promised. Kevin keep us inform the progress during the 7 construction days. A team of 6-8 staff starts from 8am till 6pm. They were all polite and friendly.

The quality and attention to detail were seen throughout the project. As you can see in the picture, there were no skipping steps on each layer of base applied prior the paver stones installed. The deck was also build on a solid foundation preparation.

The Interlock, front yard, backyard and deck were completely constructed with our full satisfaction. There were minor stone imperfections after the completion but Kevin send his staff back the next morning to repair.

We highly recommend Kevco for those of you who want honest and trustworthy landscape company for their project.

My backyard has been transformed by KevCo Landscapes. The space is functional and beautiful now. The crew worked diligently thought out hot summer days and were always courteous. The job site was left tidy and all small fixes were taken care of. There weren’t any surprise costs that popped up at the end of the project. I was always kept in the loop as the project developed. I’m so happy that I made the decision to do this renovation and that KevCo Landscaping did such an great job. (The only photo I have without snow was one taken in progress.)

Our new driveway and walkway are beautiful. Stone work was exceptional. A large team arrived and most work was done in 3 days. There were issues with getting materials during this challenging year (2020) and the project got delayed 3 or 4 times as a result. In the end, Kevin found a stone that was available and the work was completed prior to the colder temperatures setting in.
