We went through many researches and quotes from different companies on our Landscape project which includes driveway Interlock, front and back landscape renovation, backyard deck, planting and lightings. Based on HomeStars reviews and two in-person meetings with Kevin, we finally chose Kevco. Kevin patiently explained the project and gave us his valuable opinion with his expertise and experience. Kevco send us a detail estimate Scope of Service and drawings prior we commit on the deposit. There were no budget surprises throughout the project. Demolition, Deck Build, Front Pavers (walkway, patio and driveway), Garden Beds, Planting, New Lawn (front and back) and Landscape Lightings were all written in detailed description contract. We had the dates confirmed with Kevco three months prior project starts. Eventually the project date started on time as promised. Kevin keep us inform the progress during the 7 construction days. A team of 6-8 staff starts from 8am till 6pm. They were all polite and friendly. The quality and attention to detail were seen throughout the project. As you can see in the picture, there were no skipping steps on each layer of base applied prior the paver stones installed. The deck was also build on a solid foundation preparation. The Interlock, front yard, backyard and deck were completely constructed with our full satisfaction. There were minor stone imperfections after the completion but Kevin send his staff back the next morning to repair. We highly recommend Kevco for those of you who want honest and trustworthy landscape company for their project. Thank you Kevin and Cheryl again throughout our project. Big thumbs up to Kevco.
