Difficult company to get a hold of once you've agreed to moving services. Some of the staff is really friendly and helpful however there are a few that I did not appreciate their attitudes.
Moving provinces
Worst moving company ever. Put a deposit in and was getting horrible service from them. After that I decided not to go with them. Would not provide anything we discussed in writing even after stating they would. Ignore phone calls and emails once they have you hooked. They are quick to contact you to get you to sign with them but then ignore your phone calls or requests. State they will refund you on several occasions but never actually do despite contacting them on several occasions. They stated they could store my stuff in Alberta than contacting another person that works there, state they only have a storage facility in Toronto. Then they state they store it with their sister company (whom I could never actually get a hold of). They are horrendous and are not reliable, would never trust them again. They are quick to accuse you of things or say that things will be arranged but they never actually do anything about it. When you phone, they will put you on hold for a long time so that you hang up. They provide a low estimate but will screw you over any way they can so that it is their financial gain.
