From the beginning with this group it was nearly impossible to have contracts or quotes sent out to me after phone calls. First quote was incorrect but was corrected over the phone. Never received a copy of that contract. Emailed twice, no contract. Move date arrived. I was set up for an a.m. move. Stayed around the house, and emailed my contact asking for a pick up window: no response. Finally got on the phone and was told the truck broke down in Toronto and had never left in the morning. They knew this and did not bother to contact me to reschedule and I only found out at 3 p.m.. I had made sure they knew when booking that this was the last possible reservationday I could move out of my apartment. When I asked if they could reschedule for Monday, I was told to find another mover. Despicable service. I'm left in a position where I'm now paying almost 1,000 dollars more to hire a different mover with attached rush fees for the late reservation. Thanks, Landmark!
