Gotcha wildlife installed wire grates on our eaves a year ago.
Squirrels tried to get in again and were pulling out insulation through the metal grates. Called Gotcha and they promptly came to check it out.
The grates were in tact but they suggested to install another layer of protection. The work was done without extra charge on top of the inspection charge.
I appreciated very much the prompt response and the work and am happy to recommend this company.
They came out without delay and completed the work on the same visit!

Called Gotcha Wildlife at 8:30pm Wednesday night- received a call back within 10 min from Ken. He explained the service that would be provided and arrived the next day ON TIME (just as he promised)
His crew works fast and are very professional--4pm the JOB WAS DONE!
Other companies that I called still haven't called me back... and the ones that did call me back sounded "shady" and uncertain.

I called after hearing a raccoon walking around in my attic one night. Kenneth was very up front about the work they would do, costs and any additional things that may come up once they inspected the area. They came to the house the next day, repaired and reinforced everything and we have not heard a noise since! We were so pleased with their work and that they were so kind and honest about the work and costs involved that we will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

The Gotcha Wildlife team were great. They responded to my telephone call very promptly and offered honest advice for the duration of the job. There were no unexpected surprises or costs - everything was discussed and agreed upfront. Their service was reliable and on time. I had no hesitation recommending them to my neighbor. We have mice for the first time. They came in and checked every possible entry point including the attic. garage, chimney sinks then gave us the best solution. We have a dog so we were hesitant about traps. They eased our minds by giving us all the information we needed to make a choice. We also had them close off any possible entry points on the outside of our house. They were done in less than 2 hours. Excellent service and they use the humane way. That is why we only use Gotcha Wildlife.
