I live in a century old house and raccoons and squirrels are rampant in my neighbourhood. Ken has always been so professional, he is very accessible and always arrives on time, that's why I'm a repeat customer. He is very knowledgeable and explains very well what the problem is and how to solve the problem. We had been hearing scratching, chewing, squealing and hissing in our ceiling for couple of nights already. I called Ken and he showed up promptly. He repaired the window flashing, located the squirrel entry point and secured the entry. Finally he inspected the whole area. He has done a lot more than what I paid for. It is very comforting when he said he will take care of me. As a customer, I love a company who stand in their core values: honesty, sincerity, efficiency and integrity. After hearing scratching noises in our ceiling and walls, and laying awake for hours wondering what was above us, we called Gotcha just after 8 am on Saturday morning. Ken called us back within an hour. We discussed what we were hearing and the action that would be taken.
Ken was very thorough in explaining the process and made it our choice as to when we would like him to come assess the problem. We chose as soon as possible of course!
Ken showed up at around 1 pm the same day. He did an inspection and determined that we had mice. We had him treat the area, he inspected the rest of the house.
We haven't heard any more sounds since Sunday morning. Ken took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. No more sleepless nights!
I highly recommend Gotcha Wildlife services to anyone who thinks they may have some pesky critters residing in their homes.

The boys showed up on time and repaired our roof and the 'peak entrance' problem that the squirrels and raccoons had created. They were quick and explained in detail the problem.

Ken came out today on New Years Eve, to help out with a squirrel problem we were having in our attic. He was very professional and arrived at the exact time he said he would. He was very thorough as well as knowledgeable and explained to me the procedure of what he would be doing. Overall 5 star service. I would highly recommend this company!

I needed to find an animal removal company quickly, found many, including Gotcha Wildlife. After speaking with several of them, I called Ken back as he was incredibly helpful and patient in describing the method of removal and advised he could come out the very next day. When I met Ken, he was prompt, professional and fast. He also advised me that I had internal damage to the duct pipe that required to be repaired as soon as possible. Not only did he take the time to explain what needed to be done, he also offered to repair the damage when he returned to remove the one way door and install the exterior vent cover the following week. I was very surprised but nonetheless most appreciative that he went over and above the scope of his service. Ken arrived the following week, completed the work externally and internally with such professionalism and efficiency. I was so incredibly impressed. They got here the same day that I called them and set up a ladder baited with peanut butter and one way door on the exterior of the roof vent which was their original entry point. Within a few hours a family of 4 raccoons had left the premises never (we hope) to return. Ken was back the next day to replace the vent - we used all metal this time. All in all completely satisfied. Timely, expert, thorough, reasonably priced service. Highly recommended.
