I live in a century old house and raccoons and squirrels are rampant in my neighbourhood. Ken has always been so professional, he is very accessible and always arrives on time, that's why I'm a repeat customer. He is very knowledgeable and explains very well what the problem is and how to solve the problem. We had been hearing scratching, chewing, squealing and hissing in our ceiling for couple of nights already. I called Ken and he showed up promptly. He repaired the window flashing, located the squirrel entry point and secured the entry. Finally he inspected the whole area. He has done a lot more than what I paid for. It is very comforting when he said he will take care of me. As a customer, I love a company who stand in their core values: honesty, sincerity, efficiency and integrity.
