Damage to the corner of the roof was not well addressed. The steel wire put there didn't even cover half of the hole--which was up to 3/4" at the worst spot and was over two feet long. So it only kept out large rodents.
I get that they aren't renovators, but they shouldn't have left it like that.

We can only cover so much of your roof with basic removal service/materials and this is why we offer additional coverage. We have not heard back from you regarding any ongoing issues with wildlife in your roof, it seems like we did solve your wildlife issue and you do have a 3 year guarantee with the work. If you feel like the work or materials have been breached please call us to have it repaired. We strongly recommend securing roof against wildlife for all suggested areas which will prevent you from having any wildlife issues
