I called and spoke with Jared who was courteous, plus efficiency in that he asked me to text him a photo of the problem so that he can make a preliminary assessment. Jared arrived on time as scheduled with the required parts and while he was replacing the broken fill valve, Jared took the time to explain and answer questions I had. In addition, Jared noticed my sink had a slight leak which he fixed at no charge. Am very satisfied with Jared's work installing a gas line for a bbq. He arranged for the city inspection and was there to meet the inspector, which for me would have been a time challenge. Phoned Fluid in to replace our water heater, as it seemed no one could do it earlier than in a few days, as we live in Okotoks. Jared was quick to call back and able to do the replacement after hours the same day. He came and was fully prepared with the correct parts and made the necessary exhaust hood adjustments as the water heater was larger than the original.

He was quick, knowledgable, and took the time out to do it right. I was thankful that i did not have to wait 3 more days to have the hot water back. 10 out of 10 will use Fluid again.

Went to install garburator in my new home. Builder didn't install plumbing properly under sink. I called Jared at Fluid. He had to redo some piping and did install. I am currently hiring him for a rough in and patio gas lines in spring

After Jared fixed the drain on our old bathtub earlier this year, we decided to procure his services again for the new tub installation. Despite some issues with a faulty faucet from the manufacturer (which I purchased on my own, not his fault), he was able to work through it and get the job done. I highly recommend Jared for his flexibility in time and willingness to work that extra mile to help us out. Although he had to stay longer than anticipated and come back for multiple visits, he didn't over charge us when he rightfully could have.

I had a toilet that would continually run and a leaking water heater. When I called and spoke with Jared, the owner, he seemed genuinely sympathetic to my concerns.
